I only ship within the U.S. at this time. Since I sell candles, many of which are breakable, my shipping cost DOES include insurance of 1.65. This is to protect both you and me from any loss or damage that could occur! I do not accept returns, unless the item was grossly misrepresented. I accept only Paypal and money orders at this time. I ship all of my items through the United States Postal Service, which keeps the cost of shipping much lower for my customers. I package my items extremely well for a safe journey to you, but still feel that insurance is mandatory on most of my items. I am happy to combine shipping to save you money, please feel free to email me about ANY concerns or questions you may have. I check my email frequently, so you should not be waiting long!
